Healthy Eating for Vegetarians
In 2009, only one percent of the US population reported
eating vegetarian or vegan. That number
has increased to approximately five percent in 2014. So why is this rate increasing? The reasons are varied but include a mix of
various factors including improved health, concerns about commercial farming
and animal treatment.
