  1. Calcium does really help make the teeth stronger and healthier. If the teeth are too weak the bacteria can easily penetrate the teeth that may cause it to rot. And by having rotten teeth the bacteria may go with the digestion and may flow in the blood stream that may also link to heart diseases or still birth for unborn child. It's a good thing that dentists Miami, Fl, always alarm the pregnant women to have their teeth checked for her and her baby's wellness. Some people even got their teeth shield with veneers. Miami folks care a lot on their health for even the tiniest part of our body can be link to any deadly disease.

I am completely agree with you that every body should eat milk and dairy products because they provide calcium and it is needed to maintain healthy teeth and bones.
