Consumer Reports on Rice
Following Consumer Reports' recent announcement that rice is often contaminated with arsenic, many people are looking for reliable information on whether and how to include rice in their diets, especially if they have small children. It will probably take months for more definitive guidance to become available. In the meantime, the best summary I have found regarding what's known and what it means to parents is available in a press release from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
